Contract length 

Online coaching comes with a minimum term of 3 months, then it’s a rolling contract that you can cancel any time with 30 days notice.

Obviously it's impossible to make guarantees on exactly what results you'll see; after all, the human body is an incredibly complex thing. However, if you comply with at least 80% of your programme and stick to your nutrition targets for the initial 3 month period and don't see adequate results, I'll happily refund your investment.

 

Why is there  3 month contract

- Brilliant question. Three months is a sufficient amount of time to give your training a chance to earn you results, without making a long-term commitment

Do I need a gym membership -Not necessarily, you can train at home or outdoors. Whilst it would be ideal to have all the equipment available that you'd find in a gym, it's not necessary at all.If you're thinking about buying some equipment to keep at home, I'll be able to advise on the best pieces to suit your personal needs.

 

Will I get the results im looking for -

If you stick to the advice provided (and you don’t have any underlying health issues), then there is absolutely no reason why you shouldn’t achieve the results you desire.

How will I know if training hard enough and doing the exercises properly-Your workouts will be designed specifically to deliver the correct intensity for you. You’ll learn how to choose the right weights and how to progress over time. Using data and years of experience, your programme will be designed to meet you where you're at, providing clear guidelines to help you work at the right intensity.NB. Whilst it’s true that to make progress we must come out of our comfort zones, training at extremely high intensity in every workout is not conducive to earning great results. In fact, in many cases, overtraining and overreaching cause more health problems than they’re worth. You can expect to be working at a moderate intensity most of the time, with some tougher/lighter workouts strategically placed to earn you better results.

 

Will I be able to do my other sporting activity’s -

Yes! We encourage you to continue with all the physical and wellbeing activities you currently enjoy. Your online coaching programme will support your sporting development, helping you to enjoy those activities even more.

 

What if I dont know how to perform a certain exercise right

- We recognise that you may have concerns around injury from poor exercise technique, or about looking silly in the gym.Moving well is essential if you want to see the full benefit from your training and avoid injury.Each exercise is prescribed with your current capabilities in mind. Our approach is to meet every client at their current level of capability, which means you won’t be given any exercises we're not 100% sure you can complete safely.Often it takes a few tries to get technique right, so make use of the video upload feature and send your coach clips of your technique for feedback! We employ a range of sophisticated strategies to get you moving really well and teach you new skills organically. And if you really do not like a certain movement we can change it out for a more suited fit
